Pär Johansson was born in Södertälje, Sweden in 1972 and studied electroacoustic composition at EMS (Electroacoustic Music in Sweden) in 1995-97 for Anders Blomqvist, Lars-Gunnar Bodin, Andreas Hedman, Jens Hedman, Erik Mikael Karlsson and Peter Lundén. He also holds a master's degree in library and information science and a M.Sc. in computer engineering. Johanssons main influences are literature, Chinese philosophy and medieval and renaissance counterpoint. He has composed several works based on the works of H.P. Lovecraft. View wiki
